In an effort to try and spread awareness of exactly what Asperger&rsquo;s syndrome is, Japanese cosplayer and artist <a href="https://twitter.com/akagikuro">@akagikuro</a> recently posted a manga on Twitter featuring the cute original character &ldquo;Aspe-chan&rdquo; (of course, short for &ldquo;Asperger&rsquo;s&rdquo;).
