Touma has gotten himself injured due to the 'Imouto' incident, Mikoto feels partly responsible for this & offers her help by taking care of the daily activities instead of Touma and perhaps even changing Touma's concept of herself, in what it's starting to become a cute slightly romantic (and 100% work safe) evening.
