In an alternate-history vision of the industrial revolution, featuring witches and magic, a soldier happens upon a witch's shop, and hires her to help improve his racecar, despite pushback from the military forces he works under. This oneshot is the author's debut work, which was published in the November 2016 issue of Harta.
