Fifteen years ago, Akihime’s mother fell in love with the tengu Koutoku, master of the Koutoku shrine. When Akihime was born though, her mother had her remain in the human world. Now Akihime attends junior high like a normal girl, and the only strange thing about her is her super strength.
Shun is her childhood friend that constantly tries to get her to come to the mountain to train to be a tengu, but Akihime is already full of feelings for her handsome classmate, Takeru. With her heart being pulled two different ways, where will Akihime end up? What kind of romance can a half-tengu girl have?
(Note: “Tengu,” literally “heavenly dog,” are Japanese gods/spirits that, despite their name, had bird-like characteristics. Over time, their beaks were depicted as very long noses.)
